Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) Singapore Group
The Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) Singapore Group was established in 1993 to foster friendship and understanding among intellectual property law practitioners in Singapore, promote the protection and development of intellectual property law, share knowledge, and address issues affecting the field. Membership is open to individuals and organisations practising intellectual property law in Singapore.
APAA Singapore is a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association, a non-government organisation founded in 1969 with over 1,860 members across 22 countries in Asia and Oceania. As the region’s only non-government organisation dedicated to intellectual property rights, APAA works to strengthen IP protection and holds an annual council meeting hosted by member countries on a rotating basis.
